What's good boys?  This week was freaking the best week of the mission so far.  We are starting to find people to teach and the work is getting faster. The days are 300 times better when we have lessons and are not contacting all day. I taught a really dope lesson on the Plan of Salvation to this kid who's 13!!! We taught it all in English because the kid wants to learn more English.  We asked him where he learned English and you won't believe it. hahaah He said Fortnite!!!! So... video games are really good for you! hahahaha We were teaching him and he had so many good questions and was just killing it. At the end, he said that the gospel and going to church was making him happy and this was the happiest he had been in his whole life.  He also said he wants so serve a mission and help people in the States learn Spanish. When we were done, he said that he really could feel that we loved him and that the holy ghost was telling him that this was his time a...

Attitude is everything!  Today was awesome! I played soccer and was able to see Elder Chase Ebeling!  So great!   This week was really good. It is frustrating you can't go knock on doors to talk to people and yelling through the gates gets old.  We kept at it all week and were able to talk to a man who was interested in reading the Book of Mormon and also talked to another man on the bus.   The man on the bus knew very little about missionaries other than we were nice to everyone. We had a baptism on Saturday for this dope 13 year old boy who already knows so much about the church.  I confirmed him on Sunday in Sacrament Meeting in my broken Spanish.  He was so happy and understood what I said so it all worked out.   I kept thinking this week about the time that our family took food and supplies to the African refuge...

This week was super dope! We have a baptism this Saturday.  I'm pumped and the word is super pumped! We are working super hard here and finding a lot of new people to teach! It's super cool to be in a little bit more poor zone.  A lot of times I ask them are you guys happy? I wonder because I see members with like two pairs of clothes or people that are super sick. Almost all the members say yes elder we are happy and we are happy because we have this blessing of knowing the gospel and having a chapel by our house! They love the gospel and I think it's so cute because they have taught me that our spirits need food just as much as our bodies need food. For example, I love eating a good old peanut butter sandwich that has jam, peanut butter, and bread - 3 simple things right! Our spirits need 3 simple things to progress and be happy here on this earth. praying reading the scriptures - BOM (Book of Mormon)  :) going to church  With these 3 things, our bodies ...
