Chile was on fire!

Chile was on fire!  We are alive and doing good.  It was so crazy though!!!!  We were in the house for a whole week and everyone thought we were going to die! I didn't mind it because I was finally able to work out for long periods of time.  It was great, but after a week in the house you just want to leave and walk around and see the sun! I felt somewhat like Anne Frank stuck up in the attic, it wasn't fun but now we are working hard again!  Before all the riots started, I was transferred to a new area.  I love it!  It is so great and the people are so humble. It's a really poor area and if I am being honest, it's kinda gross.  There is a lot of trash in the streets and a lot of people telling us to fight Donald Trump.  There is one kid here that I love.  He only knows like five words in English and they are not appropriate words. Every time I walk down the street he says these words to me and my comp just gets mad.  The other day when we walked by and he yelled them at me, I said great pronunciation bro and he got all happy.  He wanted to know why we were walking around in white shirts and black pants. We taught him about the Book of Mormon. It was cool! I have been in this area for 3 weeks now and we just had a baptism this week. It was super cool because my comp from the MTC was here before me and was teaching this girl.  Then he was moved to a new area and I was transferred to his spot and finished up teaching her.  

My new comp is from Idaho and is a bro.  We are teaching a lot of families in the area.  I love it and can feel the Holy Ghost so strong when we teach families and when the kids get involved.  I love teaching families about how they can live together forever and feel this joy they feel with us forever! We walked into teach this family from Peru and the wife just started crying and couldn't stop. She said every time we come over she can feel the Holy Ghost so strong and her house feels so much better for the rest of the week and is less stressed out. When I watched her get baptized this week and it was crazy! I felt so peaceful. Then she shared her testimony with us after and said that she had back pain the whole week and when she went under the water and came back up she felt an overwhelming joy come over her and couldn't feel any pain in her back! It was insane she was so happy. She has asked us to come over and teach her family so they can feel what she felt!

We had a baptism here and it was way dope! Our buddy from Germany got baptized!  He is really tall, but his buddy from the University baptized him and you could feel the Spirit so strong.  He was so happy and the next day was even cooler. When he received the Holy Ghost, I felt the Spirit so strong with my hands on his head and the Spirit filled the church that day.  He was so happy and wants to go to the temple as soon as possible! 

I've been reading a business book that is unreal and has been helping me.  It's called Think Rich Grow Rich!  I love it and love this quote.  It says "a quitter never wins and a winner never quits".
